5) EXPECTATION OF SERVICE: INDIA – MALDIVES SERVICE / INDIAN SUB-CONTINENT SERVICE. CARGO PERMITTED TO BE CARRIED TO INCLUDE COTTON, FERROSILICON, OIL SEEDS AND ACIDS AS PER IMDG CODE.
6) CARGO PERMITTED TO BE CARRIED TO INCLUDE IMDG CLASS 1 & 7 ALSO.
7) NO PAKISTANI CREW OR OWNERSHIP. NO RUSSIAN / IRANIAN CONNECTION.
8) CREW MANNING TO BE MAINTAINED BY OWNER AS PER DGS MANNING REQUIREMENT FOR COASTAL TRADE (DGS DEVELOPMENT CIRCULAR 1 OF 2013 DATED 18.01.2013) FOR TRADING IN INDIAN COAST (FLEXIBLE).
9) ANY IMMIGRATION REQUIREMEN FOR GRANT OF INDIAN VISA TO CREW FOR WORKING ON COASTAL TRADE VESSEL TO BE MANAGED BY OWNER.
10) NO DRYDOCK DURING THE CURRENCY OF THIS CHARTER PARTY EXCEPT IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.
